Practice Manager

Brian Niezabitowski

Brian Niezabitowski started working for Kremer Veterinary Services in January of 2018. He is currently the Operations/Practice Manager at the Animal Care Center of Downers Grove location. Brian graduated from De La Salle High School in Chicago, Illinois. He then went on to start his degree in Criminal Justice at Moraine Valley Community College.

What inspired Brian into going in to the Veterinary industry, was that one day he had to take his dog in to see the Veterinarian and he was blown away on how great the staff and doctors were with not only himself, but his dog as well. After speaking with a couple of the employees as well as the doctor about the company, he soon applied and as the saying goes, the rest is history. One of Brian’s favorite things about working in this field is that every day is different. It can go from being very slow to crazy hectic in a matter of minutes! To him, that is so exciting!

Brian currently has 2 dogs: 4-year-old Havanese named Sofie and a rescue dog named Parker who is also 4. Both have completely different personalities and that is what makes them the greatest dogs according to Brian. He is married as of September 2017 to his beautiful wife Tori; they do not currently have any children. Brian does enjoy watching the Cubs and Bears play (tougher being a Bears fan these days)! If Brian is not at work, you can find him at home working on home improvement projects or out fishing.

Jennifer Kopera

Jennifer Kopera has been working for Kremer Veterinary Services since February of 2015. She began as a technician at Animal Care Center of Plainfield and got the opportunity to transfer to Animal Care Center of Downers Grove in December of 2017 to become the Technician Manager! Jennifer studied Veterinary Medical Technology at Joliet Junior College and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2014. Her absolute favorite thing about the veterinary field is the patient care. Jennifer genuinely enjoys seeing the change in a patient as they recover, whether it be from a surgery or an illness. She finds it truly rewarding knowing that she is apart of what is helping them heal. Jennifer has always had a love for animals, which is exactly what inspired her to go into the veterinary field. She was positive exactly what she wanted to do in her career, so she decided to volunteer at an Animal Emergency Hospital & that night she knew she was exactly where she was meant to be!

Jennifer has a 2-year-old Catahoula/Blue Heeler mix that she rescued in July of 2017 named Chloe. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys hiking, escape rooms, baking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Happy dog: Parasite Prevention in Downer's Grove

Kind Words from Happy Pet Parents!

Dr. True is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He is so wonderful with my Dog. He gets down low on the floor with him, very gentle and always concerned. He speaks so politely and professionally to me and always listens to whatever I have to say. I cannot say enough great things about him! -Clare C.
